Welcome to Partnership Primary Care Centre

We aim to provide comprehensive, high quality primary health care to all our patients regardless of age, gender, race, status, life style or beliefs. We also strive to be fair employers to our staff and to work together with other local providers of health, social and community care in a spirit of team work and co-operation and learning.

Our practice occupies new purpose-built premises on Camden Road. All consulting rooms are located on the ground floor with disabled access and facilities. Reception is fitted with an induction loop to assist people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Note: If you need logging details please come to the surgery and we need proof of ID e.g. (Passport/Driving Licence) in order to issue you registration details.

Named Accountable GP:

As from July 2015 all practices are required to provide all patients with a named GP who will be responsible for the overall care provided by the practice.

A member of the practice team will be able to let you know who your GP is.  Should you have a preference for your named GP, please contact the Practice Manager who will endeavour to accommodate your request.  This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.

You do not need to take any further action, but if you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact us on 020 3817 4431

Alert: National Screening Programmes

Screening is avaiable to detect cervical cancer, breast cancer and bowel cancer. We encourage you to accept invitations. If you wish to discuss screening, please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse
